MESOTHERAPY
What is Mesotherapy?
Mesotherapy was introduced by Dr. Michel Pistor in 1952. The method involves a series of microinjections made into the epidermis, dermis, or hypodermis depending on the issue. Various "cocktails" of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, hyaluronic acid, retinol, plant extracts, homeopathic and bio-preparations, and others are injected.
It's a procedure that addresses one of the major drawbacks of modern cosmetology. Mesotherapy can be needle (injection) or needle-free (apparatus-based).
How Does Needle Mesotherapy Work?
It's important not to take aspirin or other blood-thinning medications two days before and after the procedure. Mesotherapy can be applied to the face, neck, décolleté, hands, scalp, and the entire body. In needle mesotherapy, injections are made at intervals of 0.5 to 2 cm and at depths of 1 to 10 mm. Topical anesthetic creams can be applied for pain relief, and the treated areas are cleaned and disinfected beforehand.
Needle mesotherapy is a powerful weapon against skin aging. It delivers biologically active ingredients into dehydrated skin, nourishing and firming it. Regular infusion of active ingredients keeps the skin in perfect condition.
Jalupro
One of the products used for mesotherapy is Jalupro. Jalupro is a unique cocktail of hyaluronic acid and an amino acid complex. These are innovative bio-revitalizing products with very special effects on the skin. The combination of glycine, proline, L-leucine, and L-lysine monohydrochloride with concentrated hyaluronic acid significantly delays the aging process.
Jalupro biorevitalization restores the radiance and density of damaged skin, prevents and reduces sagging skin, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and is suitable for acne scars, keloids, and pronounced red scars. It restores the skin's natural youthful appearance.
Conditions Treated with Mesotherapy:
- Sagging young and mature skin

The goal of the procedure is to improve blood microcirculation, stimulate the activity of fibroblasts to produce firm collagen, leading to improved skin elasticity and turgor.
How Often Is the Procedure Done?
Facial procedures are performed every 20-30 days, and the number depends on the skin condition. Usually, 4-5 procedures are done.
Side Effects:
- Papules (resembling mosquito bites) may appear at injection sites, which subside within a few hours to 2 days.
- Mild bruising (hematomas) may occur at injection sites, depending on the patient's blood vessel strength, which subsides within a few days.
- Allergic reaction to any of the product's ingredients.
- Redness, slight swelling, itching – disappear within a few hours to 2-3 days.

After undergoing a chemical or laser peel, it is advisable to wait for full skin recovery before mesotherapy.
What is Needle-Free Mesotherapy?
Needle-free mesotherapy is a procedure for introducing active ingredients into the skin using devices that do not disrupt the skin's integrity. It is performed using various devices based on ultrasound, electroporation, and electroosmosis principles. This leads to the opening of protein channels in cell membranes, increasing their permeability, and providing better circulation of active substances, as well as up to 2000 times more effective absorption of substances than normal application on the skin.
Various cocktails and combinations of active ingredients are used based on the type, condition, and needs of the skin. Needle-free mesotherapy is highly effective, completely painless, and safe therapy for achieving rejuvenated, toned, and radiant skin.
